One of the many features of the AvidXchange Cashflow Manager is the ability to receive payments via virtual card. Unfortunately this was a very manual and lackluster experience. We needed to secure and update the process. Extensive user feedback and testing have resulted in a much-improved user flow and experience for the managing and processing of virtual cards.

User Flows
User flow optimization was very important: Receiving a virtual card may be a supplier's first introduction to the Cashflow Manager application. Virtual cards also expire, so notifications and emails needed to be clear and prompt.
Mobile & Email
Cashflow Manager is an application for suppliers to view statuses and manage payments. As many suppliers are in and out of the office on jobs, having full functionality on mobile is a major consideration. Roughly 50% of CFM's traffic is on mobile.
